There are many reasons why people are getting sick nowadays, and that is: unhealthy eating habits, eating too much processed and fast food. Habitual irregularities, lack of sleep, irregular lifestyle are increasing now. Lack of physical exertion, not exercising, sitting for long periods of time. People are becoming more lazy due to genetics. Mental stress, excessive work pressure, anxiety and worry. Pollution and environmental factors, air and water pollution, noise pollution, excessive use of digital devices affect the eyes and brain. Also, the weather is becoming unfavorable to people day by day. People are getting sick more and more due to the weather alone and the different weather. It is especially harmful for children.

Nowadays, we humans are more dependent on medicines. In fact, there is nothing else to do because the number of people who are sick cannot recover without medicine. Medicine has now become our daily companion. You can say that more than 80% of the people in Bangladesh are now suffering from illness, that is, they cannot live without medicine for a moment. Nowadays, people's eating habits and unhealthy environment together are all putting people at greater risk of illness day by day. Nowadays, there are some diseases of people, one of which is diabetes. In addition, people are being affected by various major diseases and people are becoming more dependent on medicine. Even if there is no crowd of people in any place nowadays, you will see a large crowd in medicine or drug stores. It can be said that in the present era, the drug business has become like a gold business.

The brother whose name you saw is Alam Bhai, I usually collect my medicines from Ina. I try to get some medicine from him if he does not have it, then I try to go to another place. After getting the medicine from him, I stood there for a while and took a selfie from above while leaving. Sometimes you need to give yourself some time to maintain your existence. Anyway, after taking my medicine, I was returning home saying goodbye to the last brother. This was my block today. May you all be well and healthy. Pray for me.
