A teacher plays a crucial role in forming the backbone of a country and nation. Knowledge distribution and instruction is the most fundamental duty of a teacher.** **Providing knowledge to students according to the curriculum, clearly explaining the subject matter, and generating interest in learning are primary responsibilities. Character formation and moral education position teachers as ideal role models for students. It is their duty to awaken values of honesty, morality, discipline, and humanitarian principles among students.** **Assisting them in becoming good individuals is as important as acquiring knowledge. Providing proper guidance and motivation prepares students for their future lives and is one of the key responsibilities of a teacher. They help develop their latent talents.** **A teacher should behave in a friendly manner and be empathetic towards students because a student spends most of their time at school, which is the teacher's responsibility after the parents. Therefore, we must always guide students towards the right path through friendly behavior. As a result, students can express their problems more easily, and interest in the class increases**. **I believe a teacher should have a deep knowledge of their subject and should always be aware of new teaching methods to make the curriculum engaging. Not all students learn the same way, nor do they possess the same abilities, so a teacher must be very patient and treat all students equally, providing equal opportunities without any discrimination. This boosts students' morale. A teacher will inspire a desire to learn among students and help them fulfill their dreams. I believe these positive attitudes have a significant impact on a student's life.** |

The primary art of a teacher is to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.
