The light of illusion in the eyes, but the shadow of poison in the heart, They extend the hand of friendship, and then they pull all the benefits towards themselves. They want love, but they are very stingy to give, To make themselves look colorful, they make a garden of joy bloom on the sorrow of others. They stand by where it is needed, But when their interests end, they withdraw their shoulders like cold stones. In fact, they are not people, The image of interests, animals covered in masks. They pull you closer with a smile, When the work is done, they move away, as if they never knew you. It seems that this is the rule, they follow this slogan of putting themselves first, Others later. People are very clever, they play with words to make pretense, with honey in their words, fire in their minds, illusion in their eyes, and stones in their hearts. They want respect, but they don't know how to give respect, they want love, but there is no room in their hearts. They make the pain of others a source of laughter, in the suffering of others they find the fun of stories. They want to share happiness, but no one is willing to take the burden of sorrow. People say that we are social animals, but society also develops a mind that is stuck on the ladder of interests. Whenever an opportunity comes, they forget gratitude, where lies are needed, they sell the truth. They cover the smiles of others with their own shadow, they make the tears of others the ladder of their own success. Even if someone is by their side, they think, how to use them. A person imprisoned in a cage of interests, who has no wings to fly, but says with his mouth, I am free, I am generous. Alas, people are very selfish, they steal other people's food to satisfy their own hunger, they break other people's hopes to fulfill their own dreams. It seems that the true face of people is hidden behind a shiny mask, where there is no sign of compassion, only greed and calculation. But these people again show the act of kindness, they stage the drama of love, so that we forget how deep their inner interests are. Yes, people are very selfish, whatever they do, ultimately they do it for themselves. Still, we believe, because without faith one cannot survive.
