Scientific name: Phlebodium aureum. It looks a lot like an animal's paw, hence its name "Bear's Paw Fern". Wide and wavy. Young leaves are light green, turning dark green as they age. Spores are produced on the lower leaves, which grow new plants. It is mainly epiphytic (can grow on other trees or walls). It grows well on forest trees, rocks, walls or damp places. It does not have to be grown directly in the ground. It reproduces by seeds (spores).
