My recent riverside journey was one such experience that filled my heart with peace and left behind a string of memories worth cherishing forever. As I walked down the long pier stretching into the vast expanse of the river, I was greeted by the scent of wet earth and the gentle whispers of the breeze. The sky above was painted with heavy grey clouds, hinting at a summer rain that had either just passed or was about to begin. Everything around felt calm, yet alive. It teaches you to breathe deeper, live slower, and appreciate the beauty in stillness.
