Sometimes we eat a lot of jackfruit ourselves, but we sell them. This morning I got a jackfruit from our tree. Ripe jackfruit is very sweet. Since the smell of ripe jackfruit started coming from the tree, I wanted to plant it. Jackfruit is a great fruit for those who eat and work hard every day because it provides instant energy. We save the jackfruit seeds, and cook them too. Dried fish with jackfruit seeds is very fun. Apart from that, we use jackfruit seeds in cooking khichdi.
