It belongs to the gourd family. Rice pumpkin is found everywhere in our country. Rice pumpkin is oblong in shape. Although the outer skin of rice pumpkin is green, the inner part is white and soft. Rice pumpkin is usually used in cooking stir-fries, curries, stews or pulses. Since it has a mild taste, it can be easily mixed with other spices to make delicious dishes. Rice pumpkin contains a lot of water. Which helps to keep our body cool. In addition, rice pumpkin contains a lot of nutrients. It usually contains vitamins, minerals and fiber.
